what we do
Regenerating ourcommunities andimproving individuals'health and wellbeing
Community regeneration
We regenerate and invigorate our physical communities, returning empty properties to the housing market in an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient manner, improving the living standards of our communities, and providing an affordable and effective solution to the housing and empty property issues of Wales.
We aim to instil a sense of community pride, resilience, and ownership through our actions.
SKILLS AND WELLBEING
We support people to improve their health and wellbeing, build their confidence and self-esteem, learn new skills, achieve qualifications, and make positive life improvements.
We support people ranging in age, gender, and background to make positive change, empowering them to take ownership of their journey.
Circumstances, background, and support needs are often unique and complex. Our support doesn’t discriminate – we focus on a person’s future, not their past.
We challenge our community members to take positive social action and become responsible for their own life journeys.
Work placements
We provide a wide range of construction and trade services for domestic and commercial clients across the UK.
In doing so we provide work tasters and placements for people from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a stepping stone into sustainable and meaningful employment. Please follow this link for Cii Construction.
Housing
In partnership with local authorities across Wales, we provide housing options for those who find themselves in vulnerable situations.
We ensure all housing we provide is to an excellent standard and meets the needs of both the occupants and local authorities.
We provide wrap-around support services for our tenants, providing them with the tools and resources to make positive life improvements.

Women Construct Wales
Women Construct Wales invites women of any ability and background to learn construction skills and gain the confidence to pursue employment. Skills are taught in an active learning environment through the renovation of actual properties across South Wales.
For those aged 25+, the project will support participants to remove barriers into employment through a combination of self-assessment and awareness, a focus on mental health and wellbeing, and the development of the personal skills and resilience required to secure and maintain employment.
